An excellent locally owned and operated business! No matter what you need done to your car, this is the place to visit! The owners are in the building every workday! They care about you the customer! And they make sure you are satisfied with the work they do! For this visit my car needed just a new door handle. But I will be returning to have some additional work done in the near future. It is great to finally have an auto repair facility that takes pride in the work they do to my car. And ensuring I am satisfied. Corey, Tim and both their wives are great people!

Accidents happen...especially if you're stuck in Providence's stop & go traffic. OOPS! But my friend said, "Take it to Precision. They're AWESOME!" She was right. When I dropped my car off for repairs, they had arranged for a loaner car to be delivered, & the rental company met me there. How convenient! I walked in & when Tim greeted me, I was delighted to see that his dog was in the office that day. I think my car was only in the shop for @a week & 1/2. I just picked it up today &...WOW!!! It looks brand new! The mechanics worked some kind of strange sorcery on that hood. The body work & paint job is phenomenal. Corey provided excellent customer service with his friendly demeanor & by asking the rental car place to waive the $25 charge for returning the car with less gas than I received it. (We'll see what they say. A 1/4 of a tank less! C'mon!) In conclusion, I hope you all drive safely & never need these guys to fix your damaged vehicle, but if you DO...now you know where to bring your wrecked car immediately.
