I rarely need appliance repair service and this place was recommended by a friend who spoke highly of them. Multiple calls, no response - not even to say we got your call and are very busy. Just no call at all. Would not recommend at all!

I waited all day from 9- 5. Randy came to my house about 3 weeks ago, after much cajoling between us. The excuse I got was someone was in the hospital so neither one could or would return my calls inexcusable, there is nothing more frustrating than making a call and no one acknowledges you. I wanted to support a small business. Mistake. Apparently they are so independent and uncaring about their customers. Randy finally came. He "fixed" my washer, needed to be recalibrated, $109. It has only been about 3 weeks and same thing happened. I call them. No one got back to be so I went online and booked an appointment. Not only he did not come but. I feel him and his wife think they have the upper hand and can bully me. Well, I will never use them again and will spread the word about how undependable they are If he did not want to come back, and if he was a man, he should have grown a set and told me.

We called and set up an appointment to have a technician come to our home to see why our gas oven would not heat up. We received a text message confirming that Randy would arrive August 30, 2019 between 3:00 PM and 6:00PM. At 5:50 PM I called Appliance Master concerned I had not heard anything from Randy about the time he would arrive. I left a message and heard nothing back. Randy never showed up. My husband who set the appointment up never received a call or text saying there was a change in plans for the service call. My husband called Friday after the schedule time he also left a voicemail. On Saturday morning be a text message thanking them for their not so outstanding customer serviceWe have done business with them in the past but not anymore. I used recommended them to family and friends. Our opinion is they didn't need our business. I see from other reviews this is no the first time this has happened. Please don't waste your time!

Top-notch service from top to bottom. From making the appointment, to meeting Randy (within 24 hours of my initial call), we had a great experience. He came out to my house and immediately diagnosed the issue with our dryer. Within minutes, he had the replacement parts installed and the dryer was up and running again. Saved me over $600 by fixing it instead of having to buy a new one. I highly recommend their service!
