I called 2 companies based on reviews and unfortunately the other company called back 1st. Said they couldnt fix unless they replaced entire shower faucet valve by cutting through adjacent wall. Estimate was over $1100. Reconnected with 2nd company: CW Cummings and they responded that same day. Chris was great on the phone. Ken responded knew what to do right away, had to replace handle due to corrosion along with cartridge (we did both showers) Faucet works better than ever with great pressure. Paid just over 25% of the 1st companys estimate. Whats better, no hole in the wall. I highly recommend CW Cummings Plumbing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and value. Reported to a propane gas leak on a tankless water heater job done by Cummings a couple of years ago. The leak was from a sloppily prepared flexible gas line termination. They also never properly installed the exhaust vent. The PVC pipe was never pushed into the top of the unit, it was just laying over the opening. Poor work, poor follow through.
