I placed an order on the DG app it said my items I wanted were in stock, my order pick up was supposed to be ready at 2pm, when I arrived at the store I told the older male associate that I placed an app order he was clueless, unfortunately my items were not ready, also the two items out of 3 items were out of stock except for one item, I said to the associate this store really needs to get it together I was annoyed, I will no longer gonna be shopping at this DG  I can't believe how clueless the associates are including the manager didn't bother to talk to me

I go to the West Greenwich general store I really like the boy employee there he's very helpful on top of everything. I just don't understand how you let your employees work in the conditions of no AC you pay them Billy minimum wage you make tons of money there's Dollar general's popping up everywhere and you refuse to fix the AC at that store. It's disgusting you let all that food and products get hot it's ruined I buy stuff there that doesn't even last a week I really wish that you would make that a priority seeing it's a very busy store I guess you just want your paycheck at the end of the week and all the profits get it together.
