    I gave one star to write this review but really it is a ZERO! Dont bother calling this company if you actually need your carpets cleaned and expect them to show up. We are returning customers and wishing to support local businesses, booked Jennings All Spruced Up for a Saturday. We prepared the rooms and were ready when the booked Saturday came. My husband received multiple confirmation texts noting the booked date, and time of arrival, so we were surprised when no one showed up. We called after waiting about an hour and a half to inquire about the no show. Whoever I spoke to, (Jennings himself?), seemed a little confused when I called and had to do some checking. He came back on the line stating he had us booked for the following week. So trying to be cooperative and understanding we came up with another date to have our carpets cleaned. You guessed it! The new date came and no show.! My husband called again with no response. We decided to book another company and to this date no response whatsoever from Jennings. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, and if this review saves someone else from being treated poorly by this ineptly run company than I feel good about writing this review. Give your hard earned money to someone who will appreciate your business. Customer loyalty is not important here.

    I am only giving one star because I have to in order to write a review but this company deserves a ZERO! My husband booked an appointment weeks in advance and even had several confirmation texts noting the correct scheduled date.  So please note that we cleared the rooms and were prepared. The stated arrival time came and went and we ended up calling about an hour and a half later to inquire about why no one has shown. Whoever answered the phone seemed a little confused and had to do some checking but came back to the phone stating they had us booked for the following week, mind you all our confirmation texts were the date we booked. Moving forward, trying to play nice in the sandbox, we came up with another date to have our carpets cleaned despite being inconvenienced The new date came and went without a word. No communication on Jennings' part at all. We called and left a message stating not to bother coming, with no response what so ever. I would definitely NOT recommend, and sadly we were returning customers! Customer loyalty is not important to this company apparently.

    Mike and his team are amazing when it comes to their trade. There are always on time and extremely diligent in their practice. Mike is the first person Ive ever seen actually clean the inside of paper towel dispensers as well as the heating tray under the oven. I would highly recommend them for any custodial/janitorial services for your business/personal needs. Services: Carpet steam cleaning, Area rug cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Leather cleaning, General carpet cleaning

    NO SHOW.   Scheduled, 3 email confirmations, even an email confirmation 2hrs before the time . NO Show. Several calls to three different numbers, several text messages to three different numbers, emails, NO return Call, No Return Texts. Not even a courtesy call.  Not Recommended

    I had an appointment two weeks ago to get my two couches cleaned. I spoke with mike to set up the appointment which was between 1.30-2:30pm.   I took the afternoon off from work and no one showed up not even the courtesy of a call. I have called on numerous occasions to see what happened but no one answers the phone. They came highly recommended so I feel there must be some reasonable explanation. How does one run a business and not return telephone calls and make appointments and not show up. I know stuff happens but the courtesy of a call would have been fine.   If you have an appointment I suggest you call to confirm as after reading some of the reviews they do this all the time.
