I must say for a person to leave a review such as Denise did, it is not just appalling but its down right wrong to try and hurt or even ruin someones career by posting something like that. I had the pleasure of meeting this young man in person years ago in the chepachet office when he was very new to the business. And all I can say is how kind and helpful Bobby was. The reason I even came across this was because I was looking for his contact info now that I am back in Rhode Island. How shameful to leave a comment like that over a misunderstanding. How would she feel if he was let go because of that.

Poor customer service.!! They are wasting their money with all those radio commercials. Word of mouth can sink or swim you. Spoke with Bobby in the Greenville office,who took all the information for an auto insurance quote. "He said "I'll get back to you today." I said he could call me the next day as I was tied up the rest of the day. Now the chase is on!! Not hearing from him, I eventually called him back. He was still working on it and would get back to me. I am still waiting to hear from Bobby. Don't waste your time calling Zelano Insurance. Denise M . North Providence RI
