I used Off The Grid Rv Repair for the 1st time and now this will be my go to guy for a life time!!! I love honest , dedicated kind people that are never looking to rob you blind. This person deserve business for so many good reasons .Chad was on time, extremely pleasant, professional and did a phenomenal job repairing my RV with remarkable precise dedication to the job. I am a single mother that has been taken for a ride a few time and I am a very honest good person that will forever stick to a repair person that I know I can trust. I know when other people do business with Chad they will see what I mean and the gratitude for his hard work and craft will be highly appreciated. People like him make it easy to tip with pride and from my heart because it is so hard to come across people like this often and when I do I stick to them like glue! Great from start to finish! Scheduling was easy, arrived on time and got the job done in a single visit (no need to estimate first, order parts etc like I'd heard from other companies). Also happy to have found a company willing to do a black tank valve replacement at all, another place I called had turned down the job because it involved the black tank. I was getting nervous we'd be able to get anyone out when someone I'd called recommend I try here, and glad I did! Just as importantly they were super friendly and awesome to work with, I'd 100% recommend Chad and Off the Grid RV to anyone needing mobile RV repairs.
