Bristol Property Management

Having had my share of good and bad landlords over the years I can effusively state that Bristol property management is in a whole different league. Brian and Tony genuinely care about their tenants and neighborhood. Bristol is a community and BPM is a part of that community. The home is in excellent condition and response to any questions or concerns has always been immediate. I highly recommend BPM!

Couldn't have asked for a better landlord than Brian! He genuinely cares about his tenants, and was always available when any questions or concerns came up. Always friendly, always considerate. I didn't know a soul when I first moved to Bristol and will always be grateful for the people I met while living there, and Brian is definitely included in that!

Charming, eloquent, and very accomodating! Conveniently located in downtown Bristol...less than a two minute walk to Bristol Harbor. Brian and his entire team provided us with first rate customer service. They also made wonderful recommendations on where to dine and shop! What more could you ask for?

We stayed here and were blown away. Everything is brand new and spotless. Brian who is the owner was so engaging and gave us lots of tips as far as places to go in the Bristol area. Book this now, you will not find a BNB better

I lived at 52 Constitution for a little over a year. Anytime we needed anything Brian was always there for us. If things were broken he would have them fixed or replaced very quickly. It was a great first apartment for me. Its also in a great location, near the water, near great places to eat, and a beautiful park/bike path. Overall a great place to live!
