So what I liked was they all was very professional all the staff even the reception was extremely nice Dr. Was very honest told me to get a 2nd opinion and told him we can give it a shot so it wouldn't be his wrong if I don't I just want my daughter to be comfortable and my daughter said that she liked the place so give it a shot and stay with them and see how it goes but overall I recommend them to anyone and I'm confident everything in his power to his best ability and if I feel down the road I need to get another opinion I will but for now I'm going to give them a shot because the staff was perfect very nice staff and that's why I'm giving them a shot I know there's a lot of people out there they give stupid reviews I want to blame everybody when no one's perfect and they deserve a shot and I would not change my review even if something was wrong down the road because I know their staff is excellent and even if they make a small mistake I don't think it would be intentional that doesn't mean they deserve a bad review

Pleasant staff, excellent physicians and crew. Very impressed on my first visit. Will keep following here.

Needed emergency repair to a set of damaged glasses (broken wire under lens, lens separated from frame)...after I called ahead Brian conducted quick professional repair to my glasses (no wait!) in approximately 10 minutes. Incredible service wih a smile!! Thanks to Brian and 20/20 Vision...highly recommended!

As someone who has been a patient at 2020 about 15 years, I was shocked when a staffing change resulted in a different doc (than who Id usually seen most years) advising me that I did not have the option to opt out of eye dilation, which I expressed that I did not want and had been allowed to make the informed decision to refuse for over a decade.I offered to sign anything needed to remove them from liability, but the dr (Sara Wise) refused and said that "just wasnt how she did things" and I had to let her do it to me going forward or I wasnt going to be allowed to come anymore. I reiterated that I did not consent and it was my right as a patient to not have a medical procedure I didnt want--Again saying Id sign anything needed since if she was just worried about liability that would remove her of it. But she said I would be forced against my will or discharged. When I advised that no one at the practice had ever forced me for my entire time coming, she said she was "just looking out for me". Her tone was highly patronizing as though talking to a child who was going to be forced by a parent to do something they had no choice about, instead of an adult making a choice they had every right to make. The paternalistic disrespect of patient rights to make an informed choice to opt out of a procedure they do not consent to is why I have left the practice after years without issue. I am now a patient at another office that treats patients like human beings and does not claim ownership and entitlement to their bodies. Although many of the physicians at this practice are respectful, I strongly caution against seeing Sarah Wise specifically if you would like to exercise any level of autonomy over your healthcare decisions or body.
