Tim The Plumber

I've had occasion to use "Tim the Plumber" 3 times. Here's why I'll rely on this team for number 4. We needed to completely renovate our bathroom. Our contractor chose Tim and his team to do the plumbing. Jose and Eli were attentive, efficient and left their workspace cleaner than they found it. During a follow up for a small matter Paul and Allen picked up where their partners left off and it was then that I learned that some of Tim's employees were students of his in Providence. When we had a later issue in a different bathroom Tim's team found space in the schedule, fixed the problem and helped trouble shoot an issue that I hadn't even noticed. Saved me money and grief down the road. Bottom line: they're smart, efficient and helpful. Good folks to have in the neighborhood. Respectfully, Steve Aveson

Tim the Plumber was responsive, attentive, and very reasonably priced. His crew arrived as scheduled, were clear about the job, and efficiently completed their work. I highly recommend this company!

Tim and his crew were very knowledgable and professional. They took time to answer any questions both initially and during the job. He was quick to schedule both the initial visit and the work to be done. He has done two major jobs, both were very fairly priced and done very well. There was one minor issue that came up after payment had already been made, he still sent someone immediately to fix it at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this business!

I would not recommend you hire this plumbing company for the following reasons. 1. Way over priced. Quote for a job was $1800 two other plumbers quoted &550 and & 575. 2. Unfriendly and does not listen to the client 3. Hired this company for small emergency job and the man that came was rude to us and to the other workers on site. 4. Manner is extremely brusque I can not speak to competence since we only used for a small job but I would not hire no matter how competent as there are other plumbers in the area who are reasonable, competent and friendly.
