Went to Block Island Yesterday 8/9/19, we caught 5 keepers, strippers, all over 35 lbs, One had to be 45 lbs..Caught and released at least 4 more.. Capt Randy is one fantastic Captain, friendly, funny, and he knows were to go...I Highly recommend River Rebel Charters for a GREAT Time and Plenty of fish...THANKYOU Shipmate for a Fantastic time..

My 91 year old father had on his bucket list to go Stripped Bass fishing off of Block Island. I had met Randy at the Saltwater Fishing trade show in Providence. As soon as I met him, I knew he was a great guy. He is one of those special people that want to help others (especially veterans!) He donates his time, resources and his boat to help veterans in any way he can. When I told my dad was a WW II vet, he was so excited to meet him. Randy went over and above the call of duty to make sure my dad had the best time. He told great stories of people he has met. He taught us all about saltwater fishing. He even taught my nephew how to properly filet a fish! Needless to say, we had an awesome time! I will always call Randy for any and all future fishing trips. He's awesome!
