Renee was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She also showed a lot of patience as I was someone who wanted to see dozens of houses before making a decision. Finally, she was also extremely deft at handling the process and negotiation, and got me an excellent deal during a very hot market. I will work with her again. Highly recommend!

My partner and I needed to buy a residence in the Providence area for her upcoming job. Neither of us was familiar with Rhode Island and live two hours drive from it. We saw a home on Zillow we wanted to see and Zillow connected us with Renee. We couldn't have been luckier. Renee led us on a six month extravaganza of homes neighborhoods and offers during the recent mad rush boomtime. We went from suburban single family homes to inner city homes to condos in industrial mill zones. Renee knew the ins and outs and the pluses and minuses of all the neighborhoods and individual homes we were interested in. She was always available for phone calls (some of them quite extensive) or emails. She was very good at supporting ideas we had but guiding us away from things she considered to be risky or a bad investment. She is extremely knowledgeable in the legal and technical aspects of real estate and has an experienced group of colleagues available for clarifications. When we made an offer she was thorough in researching the home and neighboring homes' values. She was able to guide us to make a competitive offer without exceeding the home's true value as would have been so easy to do in the bidding frenzies of that time. Renee was always calm, never made us feel like we were asking to see too many homes or taking too long viewing them. The home we ended up buying, as well as the neighborhood it is in, are by far our favorites. We love it! If you are looking for a real estate agent in Rhode Island, we couldn't recommend Renee more wholeheartedly.

Renee was so helpful and positive all throughout our home-buying process. This market is stressful, but Renee was always encouraging, and was super responsive for any questions we had. She is so knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in Rhode Island which is helpful since we're relatively new to the state! Highly recommend her professional expertise. Renee made finding our first single family home a very pleasant experience!
