If you need a realtor- Matt Antonio is a true professional and advocate for his clients. It was just luck that I met Matt via ZIllow- I inquired about a house at about 6am. Matt called me at 8 am and we saw the 1st of many houses the next day. Matt is smart and he was a builder in the past - so he knows the subject matter. During our difficult search ($$$-Covid influenced), Matt was kind and patient, steering us away from properties that would not meet our needs, and ultimately helping us negotiate an equitable deal for us (as the buyers agent) and the seller.. Matt is just a wonderful person to work with and he knows the RI and southeastern MA area exceptionally well. HIs office staff were also very responsive and supportive.
