I'd never have imagined I'd write a review for an insurance company, but Justin, Fatima and the team at Oceanpoint have always delivered a level of customer service that you just don't get anymore. Imagine the era from It's a Wonderful Life when doctors made house calls and the relationship between businesses and customers was genuinely thoughtful, kind and human. Oceanpoint has always bent over backward to provide my family with the best possible plans at the best possible rates. You can trust the honesty and integrity and skip the worry when you do business with them.

It is great to have a team of professionals like Doug Ashworth and Sonia Santos. I had an issue with my insurer (had nothing to do with Ocean Point) but Sonia took charge and saved me hours of time and frustration. After the issue was resolved she emailed to follow-up. Bottom line - you can purchase insurance products anywhere but based on my experience here is that the team is a large part of the decision and having a team like Sonia and Doug in your corner is priceless.
