Dan, first off, we appreciate your business and want to thank you for your purchase! Second, we do not have people leave reviews just because, and nobody is forced to write a review. We offer to anyone who would like to leave a good review if they had a good experience, and we will give a free inspection or oil change for our appreciation that they left it. I am not sure who would be upset about that. Lets start off with, before we sold you the vehicle it had 154,xxx miles on it, and we already replaced the motor, and resealed most gaskets in the motor to make sure it was up to par, and it ran great before it left. Unfortunately, it seems the vehicle you purchased started to have issue about 2-3 months down the road. We first brought the vehicle in for overheating, which we found the water pump was leaking, so we replaced that under the FREE warranty we provided at the time of sale which all you had to pay was the deductible. You then took the vehicle, it overheated again, you took it to another shop and they advised the thermostat was stuck closed (which would cause overheating), also the combustion test failed. You continued to drive with that stuck closed (causing more overheating and damage potentially). You then brought it back (we are assuming you didn't trust them either based that you didn't have them repair it and brought it to us again)and we found two other cooling system leaks and also found the thermostat was stuck like the other shop said, which we then replaced the thermostat, (We have invoice of your thermostat we replaced, along with camera footage of our technician fixing it) and fixed the other two cooling leaks(these were fixed at no cost), did a combustion leak test (which passed) and used a borescope with a pressure tester to look inside the cylinders, and found no evidence of head gaskets being bad. We had our technician drive the car for an hour and had no issues, then you wanted to pick the vehicle up and rush us when we wanted to keep it longer to drive more, which we had it driven for another 15 minutes before pickup and had no issues again. You took the vehicle and drove it for four days before it overheated again, called us to get it back in which then never brought it back in nor called to cancel your appointment, so you no showed, so we are assuming the vehicle is still running okay.
