        Please avoid this company. We have tried to have an inground pool installed and they were asking for all kind of information but never got back to us after almost 3 months of back and forth to try to finalize the contract. If it's so difficult to have a contract signed, I can't imagine the pain to have them install the pool. We had a really bad experience and frustrations with these people. We won't sign any contracts.

        Nemo Pools always tells me exactly what I need for my pool and does not sell me a bunch of costly stuff that I dont need. Other places sold me expensive buckets of things I didnt need and it sat here until we threw it out. Wasted money.

      I am sorry for your frustration. The person you were working with was away so our response was delayed. We looked up your job and he was awaiting feedback from you and your builder about the location of some possible stop build items in your yard. When he didn't hear back he assumed you had not gotten those answers yet or had decided to hold off. He was going to check in when he got back in town. He is back and has since emailed you again. All of these things have to be cleared up before we can execute a contact.
