        March 2023: Another year and another 20% price increase. Pretty soon I'll be paying more for this unit than I do for my car. May 2021 Review: Another 11 months have passed and another 15% increase on my storage unit. They do not honor any kind of long-term loyalty. I can get a cheaper rate if I'm just starting, but my rate keeps going up up and up. August 2020 Review: Just received a letter increasing my monthly bill by 12% starting in September. Going from $160 to $179 a month! Very unhappy. I understand they must increase rates as costs go up and they have done so religiously every 11 months, but a 12% increase this year in this economic environment is out of touch with the average consumer. We have been loyal customers for many years, but they dont appreciate loyalty. The facility is still clean and well run, but the prices are getting out of hand. You can get a deal to rent a unit, but once there, they raise rates aggressively. This year, looks like a 12% increase!
