Good morning Josh! As promised, want to give positive feedback on cash buying experience. I tried to place review on the site, was unable to do so. As you know, John & I placed our house on the market on March 15th in the hopes of selling our home there to relocate together as a family to South Carolina. As you know, that did not go as planned. With our new home in South Carolina being a VA mortgage, they require that this be primary residence within 60 days of settlement which was on March 15th as well. So my husband John travelled down end of March while our daughter & I stayed in Spring Grove house with no furniture, both of us continuing to work awaiting for sale of our home. As you know, 2 contracts fell through, the last one was at last minute and I as well as our daughter had already given our notice at work and needed to relocate ASAP to start work in South Carolina. Josh, you are AMAZING!! You came through for us in SO many ways. You made the selling process easy and alot less stressful than the constant showings we went through, not to mention offering us fair amount for our home. We highly recommend you to anyone who want their house selling process to be easier, less stressful and not go through the headaches we went through with potential buyers.
