Susan created and shared a plan for her marketing tactics at our first meeting. Susan regularly communicated and provided timelines of important dates and contract expectations. Susan checked in frequently via email/text to give updates about the sale. I never had to worry or reach out because I knew the sale of my home was in good hands. Susan is amazing at her job. She walked us through the home buying process from start to finish. From our first phone call, Susan was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. As first-time home buyers, we needed a lot of support and Susan was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. She was helpful without being overly pushy and quickly understood what we were looking for. We always got a response to every call, text, or email within hours and sometimes even within minutes! Susan was also able to recommend an amazing lender and made sure our closing process went smoothly. After over 40 showings, we finally found our perfect home. Susan was recommended to us by a friend and we shortly understood why. She was easy to get ahold of. Got right back to us to set up appointments and move things along. Was beyond patient with us as the house we ended up going with required us to go back multiple times to look at it. She was always kind, friendly and worked her best to ge there whenever we needed her. She was also ho above and beyond to do things for us if we needed it and never once made us feel like we where a bother or she was doing us a favor. We would highly recommend Susan, her work ethic, integrity and commitment are unparalleled.

She was great with me all the time. Have a lot of patience with me and the process because is not really easy look and get a house. And her experience and wise she always do the best to me and she always tells me to never give up. I recommend with my eyes close, she's so professional in everything and very kind.
