Perhaps this place is great for those in person, but for people like me who needed virtual, it was atrocious. My first therapist took over a week to respond for appointments, so I was never able to make that second appointment she cancelled. So I tried another. Now I really like her. She's a good therapist but I was once double booked and because I was virtual, I was shoved aside. That's fine, I kinda understand. What was my last appointment I waited for twenty minutes for her to show up but there was nothing. Not a call, text, or email about what happened. All in all I got three appointments between November to December. Two were get to know yous. So not very effective.

Cancel one appointment because she was sick. The the night of the next appointment she notified us less than an hour before our 7 pm appointment. No need to go here. Poor customer service.

Ignores your calls and doesnt participate with insurance for their own benefit

Frank is an outstanding and caring therapist. Rost & Associates also always treated me like a person, as well. Unfortunately I moved and will have to change providers, as much as I dont want to.
