Worst place to rent from. Have constant plumbing issues leaks coming from the roof. Late fees are ridiculous even if you are 1 day late. They left 15 bags of cement on my porch no one ever came to get it makes it look trashy. The people who answer the phones are always huffing and puffing when your on the phone with them terrible customer service. I gave up messaging them about the problems because they only do temporary fixes.

Worst place ever to rent from and I rented from them for 3 years... Many maintenance issues never fixed, yet they put in the book it was addressed. There was a terrible infestation problem and everytime I called they would lie and say someone came out and sprayed. I ended up buying my own chemicals to get rid of the infestations that came. The maintenance would come by unannounced all the time trying to walk into apartments. One time I came home there was a sign left saying maintenance was there but they never told me they were coming. My rent was raised twice in 3 months. I couldn't use my yard or have any of my childs toys out there. The whole apartment was a slum. A real nasty bunch of people that run this operation and I hope they get shut down. I eventually lost the place due to family issues, they charged me $50 to get my things which is illegal according to PA law. Not only that they destroyed most my property in the house, I retrieved my property almost immediately after I left. I was given 10 days, However they were able to go in and out the apartment destroying my things in the process. No respect for tenants or the law. I advise anyone looking to overlook this management company.
