      image Never have i ever been to a location that have sticks up their a**. I arrived a little late of 5 mins after the appointment because an accident in the road. They said to reschedule though stating their policy of of 10mins later is a reschedule. I was inside the building at 11:05 waiting to be talked to. Their clock on the walls are incorrect and need a time fix. I guess they are guessing the times in this location. Lancaster Len Crafrers are way more professional and customer friendly. Go to Lancaster or don't bother with them at all. Over priced and not customer money friendly. I'll be contacting corporate.
