Dr. Strain is really great. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my eye care. The entire staff is fantastic. Love the small personalized practice. So much better than the huge eye care centers.

Highly recommend. The whole staff was wonderful. It was easy to get an appointment right away. They were also great with my daughter and very patient with her when she picked out her frames. I was a Visionworks patient prior and so glad I made the switch. Soooo much better!!

I was looking forward to coming to this office as it was referred to me from other patients of theirs. I called to become a new patient and they gave me attitude when I explained my insurance and told me I didn't have the right information and my insurance company offered to call the office and explain it since the office was unwilling to call them to understand and the insurance representative got attitude from the receptionist and was told they were done discussing this and didnt want to hear what she had to say. She suggested I see a different vision provider with a friendlier staff. I still wanted to give this place a chance and just decided to pay out of pocket and submit the claim myself for reimbursement since it was recommended to me but the day before my appointment, I checked to make sure they could give all the information my insurance needs for me to submit the claim for payment and according to the office manager, she wasn't comfortable giving out the basic information that the insurance needs to pay out an insurance claim. I am very disappointed with how this was handled.

Spoke with the secretary to ask about my insurance she said she was to busy to look it up. She had to many people on the books today to take a minute. Wow
