Show up early to appointment, only to wait over 2 hours to be called back. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place does not return calls nor does it care. Doc asks why I wear an eye patch.... My reply... My eye has no vision for three years now and it hurts... You'd think he might know I have eye pain in both freaking eyes

My first interaction the staff were very pleasant and helpful, sadly on my second appt I waited for 1 hour and finally left. That day I was the first appt of the day, no regard for others time imo

This is the only eye Dr to ever get my script right so I can actually wear glasses without issues. They by far are the best I've experienced and my script is spot on. It's not too strong like some places seem to make mine which results in headaches. One dr elsewhere tried to give me bifocals to this drs dismay because i dont need them. Also, the wonderful person who fits the glasses and handles the orders is AMAZING. She hands down is one of the best alone. Im horrible with names or id include it. I actually pay a bit more just to come in rather then order online just for the customer service/care they put into the glasses and making sure they are just right. Furthermore, they didn't give me issues when asking for my script so I could order backup pairs online either like some places will. They even helped me know what sizes frame and lenses to look for as well as gave me my PD number to make sure I could get a good backup pair because I couldn't afford it through them aside from the main ones my insurance covered. I come back every year for a checkup and when I need glasses/lenses my insurance covers. I cant recommend them.enough.
