WellSpan OB/GYN - Queen St.

Wish I could leave a negative star first time coming to this building, appointment was at 12, I went in to the pediatrics side not knowing I was in the wrong area. Checked in, sat down, waited for 20 mins. I went to the front desk and she then tells me Im on the wrong side.. I go over to the obgyn side, the lady says they have been calling my name, so my doctor went to lunch and will be back in 30 mins. That was 12:19 I go get food and come back in 10 mins. There is a lady outside in the parking lot looking for me. Telling me my doctor is ready.. it was 12:35 No one called me to ask where I was, no one was polite while I tried asking what time to come back, and the ultrasound lady was rude and not very warming and welcoming. I wont go back here again..

I have always felt safe and well taken care of by their team. I have been going here for years and will continue to go.

I dont really understand the negative reviews, but Im pregnant with my second baby, and I absolutely LOVE wellspan. Specially this ob and pediatric office. EVERYONE is always very kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about my health/concerns. I was having some issues/concerns with this pregnancy and the nurse followed up with me every single day until it was resolved and cleared up. Everyone Ive talked to at wellspan has also congratulated me on my pregnancy and is very excited and happy for me. They also have awesome postpartum support for moms struggling mentally and amazing lactation consultants as well. All that to say I am so thankful to be a patient of wellspan, not only for my health, but for my kids health as well (all of the pediatricians weve seen have been AMAZING! And when I apologized for coming in for what seemed like mundane things when my child was sick and I was unsure of the best protocol, they told me not to worry and thats what they were there for ).

I was refused medication due to lack of communication. I was belittled and treated horribly for wanting to get the proper treatment. I then got a horrible letter in the mail saying I had horrible medical management. I went to a new OB/GYN after this.
