Just like all of the other one star reviews, the blonde woman with tattoos was EXTREMELY rude. She has no business working on the customer service industry. I find it ironic that there is a sign that is supposed to be funny saying that they will charge $10 for anyone who is grumpy or rude. Can I get a $10 discount because this woman is rude?

Amazing experience. Had all my paperwork ready and the title transfer was super easy. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks Trones ! You guys rule!

I would highly recommend using Denise at the York location. She is very friendly and has 18 years of knowledge under her belt. Employees like Denise are a rare asset these days, I hope she is being treated as such and compensated for her years and knowledge.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. We went there and there was nobody else in there to be waited on. The blonde haired lady with a tattoo on her right arm was very rude! She wouldnt even lets us explain are situation of getting a registration for the truck my wife and I bought. She told us we couldnt get both of our names on the title because the lease was only in my wifes name before we paid it off. She continued to get very rude the more we tried to explain everything. So she told us to step to the side so she could wait on another customer that came in before we had time to show her all our paper work. So we went to another notary and they were very nice and took care of our getting our registration. I can see why this place only has a 3.2 star. Dont waste your time if woman is working there if you by Some chance do go in there. We will never go to this place again thanks to this very rude woman! I think someone with her attitude she be in another business besides dealing with people.
