Charleys Cheesesteaks

I ordered online, and I was a little worried about the reviews but decided to try anyway. So here goes, I got the KENTUCKY BOURBON CHEESESTEAK for the price I paid, it's not bad. It was a little small for a regular (which till see what the large looks like next ), but with topping it kind of made up for it. I got extra onion crisp, just perfect. Had a ton of sauce that pretty much driped down my hand. The meat was juice and fresh lettuce n tomatoes. I also got chicken bites with mango habanero sauce, and it was spicy .. oh boy spicy but it was just like any other chicken bites. All in all I will order from here again. Want to see what other meal is good here.

Have eaten at the one at Park City and loved it. This location it was horrible. The frys were soggy and cold. The sandwich you couldn't pick up because there was so much grease soaked into the roll. It was a huge disappointment.

Charlies cheesesteak and wings is not very good. The chicken wings are overcooked. The cheese steaks are very bland and have no seasoning. They are unaware of the specials that they offer even though the sign is in the front and you ask them for it they charge you full price, even though there is a special And then argue with you telling you there is no special on that specific day. I had to get the manager the manager, then did not know about the special as well. I had to point to the sign and show them. I asked them to have just chicken wings and they told me I cant just have chicken wings I had to buy a whole meal, so I told the manager that I only wanted chicken he ended up just refunding me for the french fries that I had paid for. I still had to pay full price for the wings even though there was a deal for $.30 wings not very helpful and the food was not good.
