        Took tests for depression and general anxiety disorder to which I answered having symptoms on a daily basis. Not One Time did nurse practitioner Tracey even look at these papers! Had Genesight test done which is to see what antideressants will work best for me. I ask her if she wanted these tests I answered and she replied "no, just let them there and the nurse will put them in your file." Yes, I should have said something to her but I didn't. The doctor I normally see isn't at that office, but he never would have ignored them like she did.
