        Double Dog is the best option for me.. Support has always been great. I am in a very rural valley and my options are limited. They were very helpful with the install to give me the best internet option available for my location. Anytime I have called (which is not often) support is always prompt and I am back up an running. I highly recommend them!

        Bad company. Many excuses. Bad internet. I can barely do anything on it. All ready tried customer support, but they we're unprofessional and didn't help.

      Bad Company had some good songs. Anyway, we do not have 1 account under the last name Wilcox. We do not have a plan that "you can barely do anything on". So here's a radical idea, if you are actually using our internet call us and tell us the name on the account and ask for help to determine the issue. Tech Support do not monitor reviews so if they do not know there is an issue they cannot do anything about it.
