After my long time Nationwide agent retired, Jeff Cook jumped to my needs when I bought a new house a short time ago. After everything settled down, he reviewed my coverage and made some recommendations. Now I am receiving more appropriate coverage for my circumstances and surprisingly, I'm paying less. His associate Kim has also been extremely helpful and remembers all the details of my situation and history. What a great team!
