Best Western Plus Heritage Rail Inn & Suites

While they are still under construction the staff were all very pleasant. The breakfast bar was still under construction but I could see how lovely it will they are installing a new breakfast bar and lounge with beverages and a game room with vintage video games the room we stayed was very nice! Two TV walk in showers very comfortable and fresh bedding can't wait for our next stay when it will all be completed

We work for Country Meadows but up that New York Inn Suites they treat us very nice two of us say and one room but they always make the room really nice for us they always say hi and greet us all the time we will stay up there all the time when it snows thank you from Tina Heilman and Emily

The imaginative author of the 5 star review is clearly the owner, or an employee of this hotel. No one having recently stayed at the York Inn and Suites could have possibly written such a fabulist account of their stay. While some manner of disruption is to be expected during renovation, I dont think guests should be expected to put up with the following: * Having to move construction materials to get a luggage cart * Step around unattended paint trays when exiting the elevator * Having your shoes and socks covered with drywall dust from the floor of your completed room * Having contractors in your room while you are out * Having to take a lightbulb from the front desk, because there arent any in your room * Outlets/USB ports not connected in the headboards * Trash and construction debris all over the front parking lot, and the rear parking lot covered with discarded mattresses and furniture The front desk staff was very friendly and the beds and bedding were new (all the old mattresses were out in the parking lot) and comfortable. If you choose to stay at the York Inn and Suites, just make sure the contractors are gone, rooms have been thoroughly cleaned, and the garbage is removed from the parking lot.

From the moment we stepped into this beautifully revamped hotel, it was evident that we were in for an extraordinary experience. The recent renovations have truly elevated this establishment to new heights, creating an atmosphere that seamlessly blends modern elegance with a warm and welcoming ambiance.The bedding was luxuriously comfortable, and the attention to cleanliness was impeccable. The addition of modern amenities, such as USB charging ports reflected the hotels commitment to providing a seamless and convenient experience for guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone seeking a refined and memorable accommodation experience. Though still undergoing renovations, this hotel manages to shine with a promise of excellence. Eagerly anticipating the completion of renovations and looking forward to returning for another dose of refined comfort! Five star experience!

It's a work in progress. They are open but remodeling. Great staff.
