My original review was based off one staff member who did not listen to our needs. However when my mom was on Hospice care, at home, and I was her caregiver the Hospice team at White Rose was AMAZING !!! They helped me become the best caregiver I could be for my mom in her last months alive. I was able to be the love my mom needed in her final days. I am thankful .

If I could give lower I would The bed never came the medicine wasnt in the bag that he needed and he suffered the last 12 hours of his life They didnt want to come out in his last hours for support or to tell me what to do They delivered his medical supplies to the wrong address They just kept telling him to pee in his lift chair He was so upset about it Me and my daughter had to get him up by ourselves and clean him and put him back down in his urine soaked chair but we bought supplies and put pads between him and the chair And then the last straw was the disrespect I received from the Owner of the company when I talked to her yesturday
