I called and was able to get an appointment the same day (she did tell me that I got lucky. You should try to make an appointment if possible a few days out, they dont usually take walk ins). I walked in and was greeted kindly, waited all of 5 minutes ( I was 15 minutes early for my appointment). Tracy was my stylist, I showed her what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it to the best of her and my hairs abilities! She also took the time to show me how to manage my new style and style it. She gave me helpful life tips and hair tricks. She as amazing! You can tell she has experience and knows what she is doing. I did meet one other staff member and they all seem to know their stuff. I did not catch her name though. She was busy with a client who also seemed to be very happy with her stylist.. I highly recommend this place. (Pricing was on point as well!!)
