Precision Pipeline decimated our property and has absolutely no concern to the homeowners. They receive government contracts and partner with Columbia Gas with zero accountability to the community.
They have dumped their construction supplies in our yard like it was their own workshop, they walk through our yard, spitting and smoking. I have picked up and mowed over more cigarette butts in the time they have been here than the last 10 years combined. They tore up our street sign and then left it on the sidewalk until I moved it myself 2 weeks later myself. Their equipment has left oil spills, scratches, and cracked sidewalks. They have made promises to rectify our lawn weeks ago and that has yet to be done. They tell you what you want to hear just long enough to appease you and then as soon as they get far enough away they stop answering your phone calls (Steve Bilyeu).
If this company worked for the homeowners they would not have jobs.

Mr. Chris Burnside came onto our property without an appointment and without announcing his presence. After stirring the household and waking the baby, he rudely said we'd have to remove part of a bush thats older than he is. I said that wasn't okay and we'd have to cancel the appointment that was ten days away. His response was a terse well I'm not doing that."
As if the first intrusion wasn't enough, he returned a few minutes later and caused a second commotion. This time was to tell me he had called Columbia Gas and someone was coming to my property in 10 minutes for a third interruption. I told him that wasn't okay and tried to explain the situation with the baby and my wife's conference call. He wasn't listening, walked away, and after it was clear he was leaving I said "thanks for listening." Mr. Burnside spun on his heel and screamed "YOU'RE THE ONE NOT LISTENING." He knew I was holding my baby at the time, yet still thought that was appropriate behavior. It was so shocking and loud that my neighbors came outdoors to ask if everything was okay and if I needed help. This man then arrogantly laughed and rode away in his Precision Pipeline Solutions vehicle.
Today we found out that Mr. Burnside is refusing the work order on our home as commissioned by Columbia Gas. The delightful service rep (truly) whispered "his manager (Tara) is backing him up, she wont allow me to give you anyone's number or email, no one will speak to you, they're not going to do the work you need done." She also told us that Mr. Burnside claims we were the ones who got Columbia Gas involved, which is simply a lie. It's a truly frightening company. Im not sure who I should call first, Columbia Gas, the BBB, or the police for fear of their employees returning and frightening my family and the neighborhood yet again.
