Wow! I had the most incredible customer service experience without ever having to step in the door! I had my car picked up at my house for a recall, and during the process I experienced a small hiccup, but with the professionalism of this crew I had absolutely no worries! This team went above & beyond to ensure my comfortability. Ben specifically listened to my concerns, offered solutions, and promptly resolved my issue with no irritation. I was impressed by his dedication, and happy to mention he even followed up with me just to check up. Amanda was also super sweet and helpful as well!!! It's refreshing to encounter such an excellent team! Very professional! I will not hesitate to use Ciocca Ford of York again, or reference friends and family!

2 visits to commercial truck shop. Both visits I was given a laundry list of repairs needed. Truck was already through our shop and parts verified. As soon as we confronted them about it the story changed and repairs were not needed or covered under warranty. We'll never be back for new vehicles or service.

Gotta give Joe Jacobs 5 stars for putting me in my new truck. My local Ford dealer (Lewisburg, PA) really dropped the ball, but Joe came through and found my ideal truck in a matter of minutes. Good work dude!

First time buying and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I talked with Ben and he was to the point and kept me informed on the car. When it came time to close the deal it was done relatively quickly. 100/100 recommend this dealership to everybody.

Still sitting waiting 3 hours later after being told to show up at 6:30 by service manager and doors were locked wirh stares only from those inside...and they said they don't open till 7 and no mechanics start till 7:30... they did take my vehicle but not one courtesy conversation if I should order lunch at this rate.. 3 hours later maybe they will read this and bother to let me know how much longer.. couple hours was the estimate... 3 hours and counting....fortunately ican work remote while I wait...btw this is 5th attempt to resolve my heating system issue after remote mechanic came out 5 times.....as I finish writing...a very nice clerk Krista I think finally explained what they think issue..possibly wrong parts and configuration and another hour or more to go ...is offer to take me home...I updated the rating to 2..I was going to make it 1..
