Johnson Hardwood Floors

We did flooring throughout our first floor. Although the floor turned out well, there were three spots that needed fixed as well as some damage caused by the appliance guy. We got a price to fix a section of the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. Once it was completed, the finish was definitely different than the original. The first finish was matte and the second has shine. Originally, he said if it bothers us, he would fix it. There is an obvious line in part of the DR, kitchen and BR. Half of it shines and half does not. The matte finish we wanted. When attempting to call to get it fixed... no one will return our calls. It is a shame we put so much money into this project with the workmanship done well, but the finish looks like a mistake and no one will return a call.

We hired Johnson's Hardwood Flooring last year to refinish some existing hardwood floors and install new flooring to match. We were on a very tight schedule due to only having a month before we had to be out of our old house, and they were able to work with their supplier to find a suitable product that could be installed before our move-in date. The floors look fantastic, and everyone who visits our house comments on how beautiful they are.
