The girl who works at the front desk her name is Tay (may be spelling it wrong ) but she is the sweetest!! She was very patient with my son in getting his glasses adjusted. She makes coming here worthwhile. Everytime we come in she always has a positive attitude and super helpful. We love this location just because of her.

Aside from the eye dr, every person in this office that I encountered were the laziest, rudest people I have ever encountered in what is supposed to be a professional setting. On top of this, I suffer from a disability, which makes their rudeness all the worse. I received a pair of glasses that are no way going to ever fit, so they are completely useless to me. As so I did not have to communicate with these people again, I filed a complaint with my insurance provider, explaining at length my awful experience. In the end, I lost, because the complete truth was not given on their end.
When reading other peoples accounts, that have actually taken the time to review, please head the warning. I honestly do not understand how these people stay in business!!

Follow up
After my previous review, My Eye Dr responded by calling me 1 time and leaving a message. I reached out 2 times and left a message. I have never heard back from them.
Since this horrible experience, I have gone to a competitor. I was treated with dignity and with the utmost respect throughout my entire experience with them. I ended up upgrading my glasses, my lenses and also purchasing prescription sunglasses, which I needed. I was not discriminated against in any way.
My Eye Dr needs to promptly change their business practices. I do not have a clue how they stay in business. It is sad that they treat their customers in such a way and get away with it.
