Party Belles

When you decide to have 7 small specialty cakes, instead of 1 wedding cake where do you find cake stands? You rent them instead of buying them of course!! What a great idea. Little did I know that Erin would show me a world of accessories to make our wedding day even more magical than I envisioned. Not only did we rent the most amazing cake stands, we rented a "LOVE" sign, a card box, and custom made "Boo's." Who knew I even needed those extras!! These ladies love everything wedding, and partying with so much passion, fun and enthusiasm. I couldn't imagine having an event without seeing what else they have to use in their amazing warehouse of goodies!!

I couldnt have asked for a more amazing wedding planner team. Erin & Jon not only had the creativity but also the utmost patience to bring our vision to life. Our guests said theyd never been to another wedding styled similarly to ours. The day went by without a hitch. Im sure there was drama, but Erin kept the drama far away from my husband and I, such that we were able to enjoy every moment of the day with our family and friends. They even carved away time and space for my husband and I to eat before all the dancing started! Love Party Belles! You wont regret picking them for your special day

Two years ago, we utilized Party Belles for our wedding. We had the best time shopping in the warehouse. It was fun to find fun items to use on our big day. We ended up renting a few odds and ends that ultimately made our day so unique. We rented all the linens and napkins, gold chargers, outdoor lawn games, cake stands and a few other things. So when it came to host another gathering where we also needed a few odds and ends, we knew who to contact. I already had a lot of hosting supplies for this event hosted in our home but we needed some easy rentals to accommodate our larger party. We rented two tables and chairs and it really stepped up our basement together. Erin was easy and quick to get ahold of. She gave me so many options and ideas once I contacted her and the process was easy for pick up and drop off. I recommend utilizing the Belles for any gathering small - or large! By having these rental services, it turned our ordinary get together into something pretty classy!

Erin and team (Party Belles) were just The best! Erin helped us plan and execute our vision for one of our Indian pre-wedding ceremonies - Sangeet. She was so patient with us as we worked through the planning process and very flexible and accommodating to our last minute changes and requests. She took time to understand and acclimate herself with the Indian culture and multi-day Indian weddings and exceptionally performed her duties as our wedding day coordinator. My favorite part was that Erin was always honest with us and available to talk or answer our questions at all or anytime. And that she always checked in on how we were doing, throughout the wedding planning process. Erin loves what she does and her work speaks for itself! You would not regret if you hire her for your wedding/event needs.

The Party Belles (specifically Erin) were absolutely phenomenal! If you want your event to go flawlessly without any details being missed these are the people to hire! We had Erin as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was a lifesaver. She paid attention to every single detail. For example, The kitchen was a little behind so Erin switched up the flow of events and made the bridesmaid's and groomsmen's speeches first, I did not even realize there was a delay due to her vigilance. After pictures, I headed to the ceremony and laid my flowers in some unknown area. When I was just about to walk down the aisle I realized I did not have my flowers and that was when Erin had them right there for me. Those are just two examples of how amazing Erin was. She took the time to go over ever detail with us prior to the event and gave us confidence every step of the way. She was extremely responsive with a turnaround time of less than an hour with every interaction I had with her. If you were considering hiring the Party Belles, this is your sign to hire them! :)
