The brains of the store taquana gives me the best advice imo I just came into town from California so I obviously (jk) will not accept anything but the best and she is def the best around. Keep coming back!

I always receive the best customer service here. I visit this store 1-2xs a month for my needs and have NEVER had a bad experience. The ladies at the store are always very professional and helpful. I always leave with a smile. Keep up the good work.

very good service the very friendly seller made me save money on my purchases and very nice whenever I go she talks to me and always smiles I don't know her name but she has long braids.

No more sally on this location. The white girl on a register so racist . Her and same white guy seating next to her make me feel uncomfortable . They keep run over me like Im stealing well dear Not all black people steal hope I prove you wrong by spending ur weekly paycheck in store

Wish I could give this store a 0. Went here to get some hair dye and toner for my 3c/4c hair. The women there sold me 30 developer which was way too strong for my hair. It completely ruined my curl pattern and gave me hot roots which I asked about before I purchased. I went to another Sallys at a different location and the worker theres jaw dropped when I told her what was sold to me!!! She said even with my grays it was way too harsh for my hair. When I called the store today the manager just told me what to buy, she didnt offer any discount or compensation. Just for me to spend more money. I tried to call corporate but that was a waist of time also. If you need advice for your hair this isnt the place. If youre not sure of something dont advise the customer to buy it. Will not be shopping her again. Not to mention my birthday is in a few days smh.
