I been trying to get my debit card fix. I can use it at every other store I go to. I can use it at the pump. But they insist it my card. I even got a new card. My bank tell me the see no tranaction from rutter at all. I was told by many store clerks that othe people complain too. Ever since their last IT update.

They deserve a negative review. During the power outages they refuse to let their managers and employees go home to their children. Whom are stuck in the dark with no water power or food. So they can watch rutters products spoil. On top of the fact they do not care about the safety of their employees either. They make them stay in a unprotected building with no lights, power, a way to call for help and they aren't allowed to protect themselves or even carry a legal weapon on them to do so. Clearly they care more about food then the people that make it or buy it. The greedy younger family members took over and refuse to actually do any work. It's all on the employees.

Recently I learned that Rutter's Corporation shows they care more about making money than they do about the health of the wildlife environments of small communities. They are fighting to put a new Rutter's Gas Station location RIGHT next to a delicate and important wetland in my hometown, where we have NO need for a 5th gas station in the first place. Tonight there was a meeting to hear the locals concerns and NOT EVEN ONE RUTTER'S Corporate member was there! This is just another growing business built on a foundation of greed. They do not care about our wildlife and it's delicate balance, so they will never get another penny of my money, from ANY Rutter's location.

For what is going on you don't even deserve one star.
You folks put a fee of $150.00 on my credit card for a gas purchase of $23.00.
As of today you have failed to remove the charge or answer my questions.
I have called your home office twice.
And your store twice.
What kind of a dishonest business practice allowed you to put that amount on my credit card.
