Matt and the team were great. They even came out a day before they were scheduled to beat the winter storm! They were very communicative, friendly and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone!

They initially demonstrated great responsiveness and helpfulness, offering a fair price for a Move Out Cleaning service. However, scheduling became an issue as they provided only a time of day and not a confirmed specific time for the appointment. Despite assurances to inform me closer to the date, they contacted me on the day of the appointment, stating that they had arrived, catching me off guard with no notice. As the property serviced wasn't my main residence and is currently unoccupied, I switched on power specifically for this service. Unfortunately, attempts to contact them on that day, in the morning, went unanswered, even though my messages were read. The lack of communication left me with an additional bill, frustration, and the need to make alternative arrangements. This experience is disheartening, especially considering my initial positive impression of the company's values, including their support for veterans. I hope they consider implementing a more effective process, such as notifying clients when they are on their way rather than just upon arrival. I also hope they consider being responsive to clients when things go wrong and seek to understand. Not responding is incredibly unprofessional and contributes to what appears to be a misunderstanding and lack of scheduling, resulting in a negative experience. Additionally, scheduling with time brackets, like 2-4 hour intervals, would provide better clarity and convenience.

Jenna did an AWESOME job!! Would give 10 stars if I could. I look forward to seeing her every month. I would highly recommend Stars and Strips Cleaning.

We had Stars and Strips Cleaning come and clean our carpets. They are very professional, fast, and cleaned the carpets better than any other company we used. They got out stains that other big name companies could not get out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone plus by supporting them you are supporting a local and veteran owned business.

They did a heavy deep cleaning at my elderly mothers house and did a wonderful job. Very professional, timely and honest with fair prices. Thank you!
