        Dont bother going to the store! The guy didnt even see if he could help me figure out my device if I wanted to disconnect my device I had to call customer service at the 800 number. He said they are only low level employees and have no ability to stop service and start service on another device. I dont think he was telling me the truth. They were busy. So now I have been on the phone on hold for 9 minutes waiting for someone to help me figure out my device. It would make more sense if someone could of helped me and showed me what I was doing wrong but no they dont want to work just collect a paycheck.
