We purchased a beautiful car from Hellam Imports. A used car that you cannot expect to be a new car with no issues. Heck even brand new cars have issues. 2 days after purchase we had an issue with car. When I called about the issue, she couldn't have responded and handled any quicker! In today's world, it is rare to find someone that stands behind their sale. Hellam Imports STOOD BEHIND their sale and fixed the issue in record time. FANTASTIC experience with this business! Great People!

This place is absolutely horrible. I purchased a 2013 black Chevrolet Sonic from them in June, within a week of me having the car it went right back for repairs. They called themselves fixing the issue at hand. They called and said the car was done I picked the car up. A few weeks later the car needed to go back again for repair, once again they called themselves fixing it, I drove the car for a few more weeks it needed to go back for repair yet again. In total the car went back at least 5 times for repairs, and yet the issues with the car are still not fixed, we purchased a three year extended warranty for the car and yet every time the car was taken back they gave me a hard way to go. After the second time of us taking the car back we asked if they could just swap the car for something of equal value and they would not. Long story short I would not purchase a car from these people they are get overs, and they do not stand by their word!

Purchased a 2013 RAM c/v and they went above and beyond to take care of me! Prior to purchasing it they inspected it, new tires, new plugs, replaced failed bulbs, recharged the AC and changed the oil. First day I had it out the transmission failed. They took it back, replaced the transmission, replaced 2 motor mounts and made sure it was in good working order. I hadnt even purchased an additional warranty. They stand by their vehicles and value their customers. Make this your first stop when buying a used vehicle!
