Myers Building Product Specialists - York

I called abut my garage door on a Sunday and they came out on a Monday. Pete went above and beyond in helping fix my door he even recalibrated the door that was a non issue and gave me an education on maintenence. I could not have been more pleased with this interaction.

Made the trek out to Myers twice for a custom vanity, and certainly would not recommend wasting your time. Alex Tinsley is a talker hell tell you about timelines and how they are possible and then next time how they arent possible, and hell tell you how terrible a bunch of local businesses arebut what he wont do is what he was probably hired to do get back to you with details on the custom vanity you spent your time on designing and wanting to order.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service! When I walked in the door I was never acknowledged and nobody came out from behind the desk to offer assistance. After 20 minutes I left and will not return. They definitely need customer service training. This less than acceptable experience was at the West York location. I was also disappointed in their storm doors. Was hoping to find product above what the big box stores sell -- but no -- it's the same thing if not less. Save yourself the time and aggravation.
