***Charging people extra for no reason*** BEWARE!! I got my car towed yesterday 1/17/2024, because due to car accident. The police contacted this company. I went to the shop the same day, and they told me they had to do something special to put the car in their flathead tow and that was extra $. Today, 01/18/2024 I got another tow company to remove my car from their lot and they didnt have to do nothing special to be able to put it on their flat bed. The car turned on and was driven off the lot. $265 for towing and keeping the car for less than 24 hours its outrageous.

Older man at the front desk was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful. Was trying to pick up a vehicle for my company that they had towed and they did everything possible to put a road block on the process. Sure seemed like they wanted another day of lot fee. Don't recommend working with this place.
