I was completely satisfied with Stock and Leader for the Agreement of Sale Contract and Settlement Services for the sale of my condominium. From the beginning to the final settlement day everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Excellent & prompt communications -- Jody and Denise kept me informed and updated through the entire process. Also saved me and my buyer from paying huge real estate commissions. Definitely worth the extra time and effort for this "for sale by owner" transaction, I highly recommend them.

My husband contacted them looking for a Contract Lawyer. He was told they would get back to him monday morning however my husband had to contact them just to find out they could not represent him due to a conflict. I think its pretty bad that you dont even return phone calls to let people know you cant help them. Bad business. You have people waiting to hear from you and you don't even bother to let them know you cant help them.
