Excellent service from Gus. We had misplaced an item of value, spoke to Tom and his team at Williams, they immediately responded to us, made a visit to our home. While they were talking with us.....our granddaughter was listening intently.. They Williams team expressed if they have additional information, they would pass along and departed. Five minutes later our granddaughter comes to us and says it this what you are looking for Gigi....well yes it was and told us she moved the item. The Integrity of the Williams team for immediately addressing is very much appreciated and we are so grateful. They say timing is everything, the William's team being here made our day. Thank you. Had ac unit hook back up after getting driveway done. Never got a bill or they couldnt find my information. A year later i get a certified letter saying i owe them money, instead of sending me a bill.
