Restoration 1 services were great. I called in the middle of the night and they were prompt with getting someone out to me. The two gentlemen that perform the work on my home were awesome. They kept me updated throughout the process with everything they found and everything they were doing. Hopefully I won’t need any restoration services again but if I do, I am definitely using them again.

Fake 5 star reviews below. PLEASE BEWARE. This company is a scam and you will be charged for services you did not receive. I have already reported them for fraud, but stead clear of them!!!

I had a sewage leak in my basement - pretty extensive. Restoration 1 came out to inspect and were incredibly knowledgeable. Joey took the time to educate on the damage and the process of clean up. Bryan came back a few times to disinfect with an antimicrobial and clean up their supplies a few days later. He identified a few other areas of concern in my basement in addition to the sewage leak, which was unexpected and incredibly helpful. When he disinfected, he left their fans for a few days to dehumidify the space and then came back to pick them up. Bryan really went above and beyond for us. The work he did was great. He also helped us to remove some heavier items from our basement that we no longer had a use for. He was very respectful of our space, very detailed in his work, great at communication, and such a kind guy. They really are running a professional company, and they were fantastic to work with!
