        Have been trying to get through to a person for weeks via phone, but am put on hold for an hour each time for the call to then drop. The recording says to call back after 7pm which I've tried, and same thing happens.. I am put on hold for an hour with no person answering. How am I to pay a NJ toll with my PA ez pass transponder if I cannot speak to a person to help? Meanwhile they keep increasing the fee. What should've been an easy 3$ bridge crossing has wrongfully cost me 66$
