My house would be a block of ice if it wasn't for Dave. My pipes froze around [what is now known as] the blizzard of 2018. My heat was broken during that string of subzero temperatures, and I was in a bad spot. I called 2 other plumbers to get estimates, before calling Dave. When Dave got there, I could immediately tell that he was the guy I wanted to go with. He fixed 6 burst pipes over 2 days... One of which was during the actual blizzard - when any other plumber would have blamed the snow for a delay. I will never call anybody else. Trust me... This is the guy you want.

Awful. General contractor (Tom Mack) used Westbrook as a sub-contractor. Moved a sink, but didn't attach it to the wall, or rather, used backwards toggle bolts, one not even screwed in. Painting around a wobbly sink first clued me in, then looking from the underside, seeing a toggle on the outside of the fixture (meaning wall-sink-toggle instead of toggle-wall-sink) was the second red flag, and worse yet, the other toggle was outside the wall, on backwards, and the bolt slid right out of the wall! I told Tom not to send this guy back (David?), as I didn't trust him. I was right! He was sent back and David (?) immediately gave me a bunch of excuses ("it's not being used as a toggle bolt, there's a washer..." okay, again, why use the toggle at all? A toggle on the outside of the wall is actually LESS secure than just the bolt!. He says "I'll take care of it," comes back in the house, and I ask him to show me what he's going to do. He decided it was appropriate to talk down to me, like it didn't make sense that I was asking about it, let alone upset about it. Thank goodness it was me painting around the sink and not my husband, because he would have leaned on it and broken the pipes or the wall or both! I've never had someone act so patronizing. Apparently he thought he was speaking to a small child, speaking slowly and practically spelling out the bigger words (without actually saying anything of value, though). He wasn't even offering an actual explanation, he just got defensive about it instead of acting like a professional. So I basically said to him, fairly politely, whether there's a real explanation or not, you screwed up, and you're talking down to me for pointing it out and asking about it, so get out of my house. He CONTINUED TO ARGUE! Just, wow. The rest of Tom's guys are so great. This guy has issues.
